Optimizing a Website: We Recruit Well
This project was a joy to work on. Beth and Paige are passionate about their business, about working with to companies hire the right people, and about supporting people on their career path. They also have a clear vision for their messaging and branding.
Because their vision so clear it was easy to bring it to life.
When we first began discussing this project they were using Squarespace 7.0, it quickly became clear that because of how they wanted their website to be set up for future use they needed to transfer to 7.1.
Though 7.1 has less template options, it has an updated feature of drag and drop and is, in my opinion, easier and more intuitive to learn for those who haven’t worked behind the scenes on websites before, but still want it to be professional and something they can manage themselves.
Starting this project is a big undertaking but my goal when working with anyone is to set clear expectations and to communicate regularly and have easy accessible documents for them to keep up with work between messages and meetings.
